Aurenoo provides general information and preliminary planning tools about Australian renovation, including cost estimates, budgets, quote comparisons, downloadable reports, articles and location/category guides. We also offer Google/display advertising, sponsored posts, premium contractor listings and, when made available, optional newsletters and consent-based referrals. Free information supports initial research; it is not a contractor quotation, site inspection, professional assessment or guarantee of a price, contractor or renovation outcome. Mentioning a future feature does not guarantee its launch or authorise a new use of earlier submissions.

Aurenoo is an online information, advertising and referral platform operated from India. ‘Aurenoo’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean the legal person or entity operating www.aurenoo.com. This Disclaimer also applies through the non-www address and to Aurenoo reports used away from the website. It must be read with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy; it does not override mandatory legal rights.

Information and professional advice

Our content is general in nature and may not account for your property, circumstances, location or proposed work. We do not provide building certification, engineering, architectural, legal, tax, financial, insurance or other regulated professional advice. Using the website does not appoint us as your builder, project manager, consultant or negotiating agent. Budget and cost information does not assess your capacity to borrow, affordability or likely investment returns.

Do your own research and verify material information with suitable licensed or qualified professionals and the relevant council or authority. Obtain written advice and current itemised quotations appropriate to your project. Do not use an Aurenoo result as the sole basis for signing a building contract, paying a deposit, borrowing, purchasing materials or starting work. These precautions do not remove our own duties under mandatory law.

Estimates, budgets and prices

Calculator results, budget allocations, price ranges and downloadable reports are indicative estimates. They are not contractor quotations, fixed prices, offers to perform work, valuations or promises about the amount you will spend. Unless expressly stated otherwise, amounts are in Australian dollars, AUD.

Results depend on your inputs, configured category rates, location adjustments and other assumptions. Aurenoo benchmarks are planning models, not live contractor offers or a survey of every local price. They may not reflect local availability or the full project cost. Actual costs can vary with property condition, dimensions, access, labour, materials, design, approvals, demolition, concealed damage, hazardous materials, utilities, variations and market conditions. A city or postcode result does not establish that a contractor services your property or will offer the displayed rate.

Check the inclusions and exclusions with each result. Do not assume GST, professional fees, council charges, temporary accommodation, delivery, waste disposal or contingencies are included unless identified. Allow for project-specific risks and obtain current itemised quotations before committing funds. A report does not reserve a price, prove that a contractor is overcharging or guarantee that a renovation is affordable, approved or achievable within your budget. Its date, inputs and assumptions remain relevant after it is downloaded.

Quote comparison and document analysis

Quote comparison and analysis tools organise supplied information and identify possible differences or questions. They cannot establish that a quotation is complete, fair, authentic, legally compliant or suitable for your property. They do not assess workmanship or guarantee that an option is the best or cheapest available. A score, ranking, flag or suggested question reflects only the stated assessment criteria; it is not a contractor quality endorsement, fraud clearance, building certification or contract approval.

Automated reading or commentary may misread amounts, GST, provisional sums, allowances, exclusions or other wording, particularly where a document is incomplete or difficult to read. A missing warning is not confirmation that no problem exists. Check every material result against the original quotation and ask the contractor to confirm uncertainties in writing. Never treat a comparison as approval to sign or as a substitute for professional review.

PDF downloads, consent and private comparison content

A report-download form may offer separate, optional, initially unticked choices for contractor contact and Aurenoo email newsletters. An active contractor-contact choice may authorise sharing your name, email, phone and the project fields displayed for that request, such as tool/report type, category, location and project brief. Size, budget, timeframe or an Aurenoo estimate is included only when displayed for referral and expressly authorised. Multiple contractors may receive an enquiry within the maximum number, recipient scope, contact channels and enquiry period disclosed before consent. General browsing history and private comparison data are not referral fields. A report-only download remains available without selecting either optional purpose.

Newsletter signup authorises only the described Aurenoo email updates, which may contain clearly identified sponsored content; it is not permission to send your details to contractors. Providing any information, making an offline or online payment, accepting policies or downloading a PDF does not alone authorise marketing or referrals. Future lead sharing needs permission that remains current and covers the intended disclosure. Historical report-only details, expired enquiries and withdrawals are not overridden by a later launch or policy change. The Privacy Policy explains easy withdrawal; the routine three-month review period never delays it.

We do not include any PDF report file, uploaded quote, extracted text, manually entered quote detail, contractor quote price, analysis, score or comparison result in contractor referrals. Comparison content is not sold, published, supplied to contractors/sponsors/advertisers/lead buyers, used for AI training or used to enrich leads. A premium listing, payment for a referral or policy update does not override this restriction for existing comparison content. The Privacy Policy explains restricted technical processing and legally required disclosure. Independently sharing your own downloaded copy is your decision, subject to other people’s rights.

Building safety and approvals

Our articles and tools are not instructions or permission to carry out unsafe, restricted or unlicensed work. Requirements vary across Australian states, territories and councils and can change. Homeowners and contractors must each comply with the licences, permissions, permits, inspections, safety requirements and approvals applicable to their roles. Check requirements with the relevant authority and qualified professionals; a calculator result is not proof of compliance.

Electrical, gas, plumbing, structural, demolition, asbestos and other hazardous work require appropriate professional assessment and, where required, licensed specialists. Do not rely on a website estimate to assess structural stability, asbestos, waterproofing, fire safety or other hidden conditions.

Contractors and quote requests

Aurenoo may introduce homeowners to independent businesses and provides space for contractor listings. We do not perform, supervise, certify or guarantee their renovation work and are not a party to the building contract you make with them. We do not negotiate terms or accept a quote on your behalf, hold homeowner renovation deposits, administer building payments or provide escrow.

Contractor profiles, service areas, prices, qualifications, photographs and other business details may be supplied by the business or drawn from other sources. They can be incomplete or out of date. We do not continuously monitor or independently verify every statement. A listing, introduction, advertisement or appearance in a comparison is not a guarantee of identity, licensing, insurance, experience, financial stability, availability, conduct or quality. Any verification label applies only to the checks expressly described with that label and the date of those checks.

You should independently confirm the contractor’s identity, licence where required, insurance, references, scope, payment schedule, warranties and contract terms. Verify payment instructions directly before sending money. We do not guarantee that a request will produce a response, a particular number of quotes or a satisfactory project outcome. Subject to rights that cannot be excluded, we are not responsible for a contractor’s independent statements, pricing, workmanship, delays, defects, property damage or failure to perform merely because the contractor appears on, advertises with or receives an enquiry through Aurenoo. This does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where the law imposes it.

Advertising sponsorship and commercial relationships

Aurenoo earns or may earn revenue from Google ads, display/image advertisements, sponsored posts/articles, premium contractor listings, featured placements and authorised paid referrals. Payment may influence visibility or positioning; it is not an independent quality rating, certification or whole-market comparison. ‘Premium’, ‘featured’ and ‘sponsored’ describe commercial placement, not a guarantee that a provider is licensed, insured, best, cheapest, available or suitable. A sponsor or contractor cannot purchase comparison files or data.

We identify sponsored content and paid placements as such. Advertisements and third party statements remain subject to applicable laws; labelling something as sponsored does not make a misleading claim acceptable. Illustrations, examples and estimated savings are not promises of results for your project. If an affiliate arrangement is used, we may receive a commission for a qualifying action or purchase and disclose that relationship with the relevant content. Payment to Aurenoo for a listing, advertisement or referral does not purchase an endorsement of the business or its renovation work.

Offline payments and future online options

At the date of this version, payment for paid Aurenoo services is arranged offline, normally by bank transfer or another method accepted in a written order. We may introduce online checkout, change available methods for future orders or offer offline and online options together. Only the methods actually offered for your order are available; the applicable price, provider and conditions are disclosed before payment. An earlier offline payment is not an authorisation for another charge or automatic renewal.

Aurenoo listing, sponsorship, advertising and future referral fees pay for the agreed platform deliverable, not building work or a guaranteed number of jobs. Homeowner renovation payments remain between homeowner and contractor; Aurenoo is not their escrow service or payment guarantor. The Terms govern accepted orders, changes, cancellations and required refunds. Neither this Disclaimer nor the free-tool AUD 50 cap removes mandatory paid-service remedies.

External services and information updates

Third-party websites, embedded services, payment services and advertisements have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their ongoing content or services. Website information can contain errors or become out of date, and tools can be interrupted or unavailable. Save your own lawful copies of important files; the site is not a permanent document archive. Please report suspected errors to hello@aurenoo.com. A correction does not itself establish liability or remove any right available under applicable law.

Four core protections and conditional liability limit

These four protections summarise the operative provisions in the Terms and Conditions. They apply only where lawful and enforceable and are subject to non-excludable rights. They do not exclude fraud or deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory privacy duties, mandatory refunds, regulatory penalties or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

1. Information only; no professional advice or price commitment

Our free articles, newsletters and tools are preliminary research resources, not a professional engagement, contractor quotation or promise of accuracy, completeness, availability, affordability or results beyond the described service and mandatory law. Project inputs, a location-specific result, a branded PDF or help using the tool do not create a site-specific professional assessment or guarantee. We do not undertake or supervise renovation work.

2. Independent checking and informed project decisions

Do your own research. Verify important inputs, prices, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions with original quotes, licensed professionals and the relevant authority before signing, paying, borrowing or starting work. Do not use an output as your sole decision basis. A difference between an estimate and an actual price does not alone establish liability. Any exclusion for your inaccurate inputs or misuse applies only as stated in the Terms and permitted by law; our own mandatory duties remain.

3. Independent third parties; no endorsement or personal guarantee

Contractors, sponsors and advertisers act independently; their presence or payment does not make Aurenoo their principal, partner, employer or guarantor. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for their independent work, promises, debts or disputes merely because they appear on or receive an authorised enquiry through Aurenoo. Operating or contributing to the site does not itself give a separate personal guarantee of a contractor’s obligations. Responsibility for Aurenoo’s or any person’s own legally actionable conduct is not removed.

4. Limited exclusions and conditional aggregate AUD 50 cap

The Terms exclude legally excludable indirect or consequential loss for free information and planning tools and, where lawful, fair and enforceable, cap total aggregate liability for eligible claims concerning those free resources and generated reports at AUD 50. This is one collective limit, not a fresh amount per tool, document or legal theory. It does not apply to paid listings, advertising, lead packages, other paid services or the liabilities preserved above. Paid deliverables and required remedies remain governed by the order and law. No clause guarantees that a legal notice, judgment, settlement or legal costs can never exceed AUD 50, or prevents a lawful complaint or proceeding.

Email requests and routine three-month review

Send ordinary editorial suggestions, optional feature requests and non-urgent discretionary update requests to hello@aurenoo.com with the relevant page and details. Allow up to three calendar months from receipt of the reasonably necessary information for review and a decision or an agreed update schedule. Aurenoo may respond sooner and retains lawful discretion to accept, decline or propose a separate scope. This is not a guarantee that every suggestion will be adopted.

This routine period does not delay personal-information rights, opt-outs, consent withdrawals, privacy/security incidents, materially misleading or unsafe content, inaccurate licensing claims, unlawful material, required refunds, paid deliverables, statutory complaints or legal deadlines. Email is encouraged but is not an exclusive legal-notice or complaint route. No user must wait three months before seeking lawful relief, and a legal obligation can arise without a notice from the user. The Terms and Privacy Policy set out the relevant processes.

Reserved right to update

Aurenoo reserves the right to revise this Disclaimer, related policies, free content, assumptions, rates and features for legitimate legal, technical, security, accuracy or business reasons. We retain final discretion over ordinary editorial and operational changes, not the determination of legal rights. Updates identify their revision date/version and apply prospectively, subject to required notice and existing agreements. Material changes affecting an ongoing service or information-handling relationship are communicated by email to the current supplied address where held and lawfully usable, and through an appropriate website or service notice. Unidentified visitors cannot receive an individual email.

Reasonable advance notice and agreement are provided where required. Urgent legal, safety and security action may occur sooner with appropriate notice when practicable. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights, alter accepted paid deliverables without the required process, create new marketing/referral permission or make existing comparison content available to contractors. Continued browsing is not new consent. All rights in Aurenoo’s protected content are reserved; personal information and third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and the Privacy Policy.
